I’m from that school from Singapore shown in the video with the clown standing at the school gate.He wasn’t there to scare children and people.He was a mascot for a drama class.His company asked someone to dress up as a clown to go to schools and ask children to sign up for the drama classes.I would say it’s quite stupid cuz he also asked children to follow him to start the drama classes straight away.They will need their parents permission before they go.But I can assure you that no harm was meant.
