I have the dark flint 2005 GLS 2.0 convertable vw beetle and I love it. So with your window not lining up with your top that can either be your regular is misaligned at the bottom you can adjust it manually. Or after you get out of the car and close your door unlock your car and hold the unlock for ab 2 seconds and the window will do down, then lock the car and the window should do up. There supposed to go down then up after you shut the doors to fit into the roof.

I’m astonished that the power roof and windows still work at all, we have a 2008 in lovely condition and we love it but they are prone to electrical faults on the windows and roof. To be fair I imagine it’s had a real hammering over the years and being baked in the sun day in day out. Don’t be too hard on it it’s not been loved by anyone, it’s only there to make as much money as it can until it dies. Sad really !!

That Beetle was not maintained well. Any car is going to be in that condition without maintenance, especially after so many years. I would have no problem taking a Beetle in that condition and bringing it back to what it should be. I can do some of the work myself, and I have an awesome mechanic who can do what I can't.

I am Greek and I know that this car will definitely have 300, 000 kilometers and not 50, 000 every car rental in Greece goes down the kilometers to keep it longer

I grew up on Karmann Beetles and Ghias and progressed to 911s. I have to say I love a New Beetle Convertible. I'd drive one.

I have a 2008 convertible has 64, 000 miles on it and I love it besides Volkswagens aren't smooth running card especially the older models it's 16 years old and your not walking

Mine got 54, 800 orig miles is a 05 conv Flint edition!! No problems except the windows regulator of the rear pasanger door !! But run perfect..!!the problem to much plastic in the car!!
