The GOAT? - Adidas F50 Elite Messi - Review + On Feet

We've known for a long time now that Messi wears custom football boots. They might look like the ones you can buy at the store, but they're very different. That is until now!

In today's video we take a closer look at the new Adidas F50 Elite Messi, a hybridtouch version of the new F50, with Messi's signature burrito-style tongue! For the first time ever, we can get something very close to what Messi actually wears. The question is, are they any good and have we been missing out? Well, without going into too much detail, yes, we've been missing out! We discuss what makes these different from the normal F50 Elite variants, how they compare to other football boots, past and present, along with whether or not the Messi F50 is the "best" F50 you can buy.

I think that the Messi 15.1 was around 95% near to what Lionel used to wear and that the Messi 16.1 was the closest thing to Lionel's boots...I mean 98% near.

I have a question about the Adidas F50 Messi Elite edition. I noticed that it doesn’t have an AG variation in its soleplate. However, I read in some forums that due to the shorter, somewhat conical studs, it might perform really well on AG.
I usually play on 3G artificial grass—the one with sand and relatively long fibers. What do you think?
