Important: Anything that arises is perfect and beautiful and necessary. This is not about shunning or condemning any emotion or lower vibration, they each serve an equal purpose which isn't good or bad, it just simply is.

The nature of existence is experience, and so everything that arises should (to the best of our ability at that time) be felt and acknowledged, preferably with compassion and without judgement.

The more we are able to do this, the more we allow lower vibrations to simply be experienced and pass through, without attachment and identification. The ultimate goal is to remain at peace whilst still experiencing all the variety and beauty of existence.

Our natural state, our baseline IS already the highest of vibrations. We are actually already there, we just need to realise and remember it. As such, it is safe to fully feel and experience anything, and when we remember that we are not that which we are experiencing, we are the Experiencer, we are the witness, this will become natural and easy.

So the purpose of these meditations is not to label or condemn, but to consciously move towards resting more in our natural state, where we are able to experience the fullness of life freely and playfully.

(And yes, tears are absolutely perfect, necessary, beautiful and needed as and when they arise! 💜)

In my experience, the key to manifestation is actually Inner Peace. 🌟

Which makes total sense when you look at Dr David Hawkins work and the emotional vibration chart. Peace is second only to enlightenment... It's even above Joy... which is above Love...

We are always manifesting - drawing towards ourselves a reflection of our own frequency. But the more peaceful we are; the more we get to know ourselves and our own inner stillness, the higher the frequency of what we manifest. And especially at at time like this, peace is what we must strive to experience.

So that is why these affirmations focus on an overall sense of peace, love, joy and general positivity. In my opinion, the most powerful and life changing frequencies you can get. 🥰 Try it for 11 days and see. And then Maybe another 11 days...!

❓Do I have to repeat the Affirmations out loud?
No. You can repeat them out loud. You can repeat them in your head. Or neither. Even if you consciously pay little attention to them, your subconscious is a very effective sponge and will be listening and absorbing.

❓When should I listen?
Whenever works for you! Morning. Evening. Whilst walking or at the gym. Whilst doing the dishes or cooking. Or even whilst you sleep.

❓Do I have to listen to the whole thing?
No. The affirmations are looped 4 times. Each set is approximately 22 minutes, timestamps are below should you wish to use them. Whilst it's advisable to at least listen to one full loop if possible, listening for even 5 minutes is better than nothing. But, the longer you, listen the better! Even if its just on in the background.... remember your subconscious is a sponge and everything is a vibration, including us.

❓Why 11 days?
11 days is something which sounds quite achievable to the mind. At the same time, 11 days is still long enough to have a significant impact. Whilst 21 days and 40 days are popular numbers for varying reasons, 1 day is better than none, 11 days is amazing 🌟 Starting is always the most important step, so whatever helps get the mind on board initially is a win if you ask me. And, of course, once the benefits are felt and experienced everything becomes very easy and natural, days wont need to be counted. ✨

Now I am really looking in the mirror. Before when I looked at my face in the mirror that wasn't my real face. My real face is this entire singularity of every fucking thing. This is what I am. This is God looking at God. Yeah this is what I am and I Love it.
