Im trying to open a buisness bank account. I have a DBA, Ein Number, Operation Agreement, Certificate of ownership unicorporated buisness of profession, Waiting on my Duns Number. My question is my operating agreement says sole member of a LLC. Taxed as a disregard entity. When I file my articles of organization it says to include in the company name "LLC" Since my company is under a DBA can I still aquire these documents with them saying LLC ?

Hello Buisness guy, Ive discovered your videos and love your presentations, However, My lawyer who set up an LLC for us said it isnot a good ideato use the 'same' bank as personal accounts because if a liability or law suit goeas after the LLC, transaction will show you are tying personal accounts to the LLC and will associated accounts are up for grabs by a plaintiff with a good lawyer. He's done it. I prefer the same bank, Your thoughts!
