How to summon witch using lightning bolt?
step 1: get one villager make sure to cage him up so he doesn't escape
step 2: type /summon lightning_bolt
step3: see the results.
step4: Release the witch
step5: if you're in survival mode...RUN!

2. mobs have the same health in every difficulty, they just deal more damage
