Показать описание
This lecture was part of the first AI for People Workshop (08.08.-09.08.2020). The first part of this lecture focuses on Natural Language Processing. The second part on Topic Modeling.
In this course, the lecturer Philipp Wicke will start with a presentation of Natural Language Processing (NLP). More importantly it will be a hands-on lecture. With the help of Google Colab, you won't need to setup anything on your local machine and you can start with a project using NLP tools. The focus of this exercise will be based on real data and real problems. The exercise will be on Twitter-data and we will look into some basic statistics, topic modeling and a bit of sentiment analysis.
Requirements: Basic Python knowledge
The lecture will touch some complex and advanced topics. This course also understands itself as a follow-up to AI for People's Coding Class, but this is not a necessary prerequisite.
Time-line:
00:00:00-00:07:24 Introduction
00:07:24-00:24:00 Basics of NLP
00:24:00-00:42:13 Coding w/ SpaCy
