-a file added to stage
-d delete file
-? untracked file
we will use this keyword with only commit command
like commit -m file_name "msg"
commit -a "msg"
etc

When I am using the git diff Utility.txt shows a error
$ git diff Utility.txt
fatal: ambiguous argument 'Utility.txt': unknown revision or path not in the working tree.
Use '--' to separate paths from revisions, like this:
'git <command> [<revision>...] -- [<file>...]'
