Stego probably loses because Stegoceratops won against him, it was smaller and lighter than stego. Toro on the other hand kept up with Siamo who is longer and heavier than Stego and Stegoceratops. Toro got his head stuck in a giant pile of ice while Stego got his tail stuck on Stegoceratops' horns (head). Probably explains the strength and overall durability. Sure stego wins overall but in DBWC's case, none of that matters when the opponent outmatches them in durability, survivability and the most important of all-strength. He could potentially counter him the same way Stegoceratops did but it wouldn't be very likely.

I was wondering where you went
Speed: Toro (Toro kept up with Siamo, didnt flinch when it was grabbed by the tail and managed to get close to lifting SiamoT)
IQ: Toro (Toro was smart, he knew how to keep up with SiamoT and used the environment and his legs as an advantage)
Durability: Toro (it took multiple hits, slammed against a giant rock and got rekt by SiamoTs leg and still didnt get a scrach)
Endurance: Toro (no need to explain)

Strength: Stego (he was brutally damaging Styraco and figuring the fact Gigantospinosaurs learned every move in the book and its a smaller stegosaurid, it can do the same if it wasnt so heavy)
BIQ: Stego (even if Stego attacked Styraco by the head was a dumb idea, Toro had no defense techniques while Styraco had good defense against Penta which put up a fair fight against Spino)
Defense rate: Stego (s p i k e s)
Attack Power: Stego (Toro barely delt a scrach to Siamo, Stego defeated Styraco in 3 hits if he didnt have plot)
Size: Stego (the real life versions are almost the same size, Toros horns make it bigger but Stego is genuinly bigger)
Weapons: Toro (more powerful weapon, if a stego tail can lay a scrach on a T-rex, than a horn can easily kill one)
Abilities: Stego (no need to explain)
Overall: 6-5
Winner: Stego (high diff, i wish S2 the best of luck)

The thing that confused me most is agility goes to Stegosaurus like... Stegosaurus was like stiff as a rock in Styracosaurus vs Stegosaurus meanwhile Torosaurus was really flexible and athletic in Siamotyrannus vs Torosaurus and also that strength goes to Stegosaurus also confused me a bit
