For those asking where its from .. its domino at malaysia .. its was on domino menu its call cheese volcano pizza . Its have variaty of choice u can pick to combo it with .. i not try it yet because its only sell regular and large size only .

This was originally done in Singapore, i believe. I am in FL, and I went to my local Dominos and was able to order one. It isn't on their menu, though.

Best pizza is a Hawaiian BBQ chicken pizza:

Domino's hand pan sub BBQ sauce, add chicken, pineapple, onions(red onions best), bell peppers white sauce and BBQ sauce drizzled on top.

I miss Dominoes. They pulled out of South Africa. They may have been expensive, but they have nice pizza!
