I can see those commenting that those aren’t full reps, I understand. But doing half to a quarter rep helps focus on his quads and overall muscle growth to perform athletically. There’s a difference in training explosively & athletically than just gaining muscle for looks. But I can see why people are critiquing his reps if they don’t see it in an athlete’s point of view
