PRO's and CON's WHAT FLOOR WILL YOU PICK?

So what floor would you like to live on? Lots to consider many pros and cons no matter what floor you decide on, they will all present different situations.
Buying your next Condo, will you go for the main floor somewhere in the middle, a penthouse? Please do not let some realtor tell you the sub-penthouse is available it a made-up word to get you to pay more no bragging rights there.
Play it safe make a list of what you need and your wants, keeping in mind things can change overnight so think out of the box just a little if someone got ill and needed a wheelchair a cane or a walker would this Condo still work for you.
Make a list of what are your must-haves and where you are flexible.
PRO'S::: Living on the main floor:
Great if you have a pet
awesome for kids
clean your windows
easy access
cooler in the summer
no one below you
easy access for emergency services
no elevators in most buildings
easy walk to suite
caring for planters, easy to water no patio below to worry about
fire alarms easy to deal with
feels more like a house
CONS ::: Living on the main floor
safety could be a concern
exit doors
more noise from outside
less of a view
less light
privacy could be an issue
garage door
stairs near your suite (noise)

Great info as I’m considering down sizing to a condo . Agree about security for ground floor it’s always a consideration . A low maintenance bungalow too appeals also .
