His behavior is deeply troubling. I’d get one of those hidden camera/mic detectors on Amazon that people use in hotels, airbnbs etc. She may be shocked at what she finds. There are some psychos out there, unfortunately, and if he did install hidden cameras in her home, that is grounds for a lawsuit. If he has cameras all over his own place monitoring every move and he’s THAT obsessed with watching, it’s not a stretch to consider he’s spying on your family. Stay safe❤️

He must have the monitor for the camera in the car so if anyone ever searched his apartment they wouldn’t find anything. The middle of the night shower test is good and another thought is what if your brother went outside and got in his face while your mother was in the shower? Like saying hi and then asking what he’s up to with his car and all that. Or even your mother could start the shower and then not get in but walk outside and confront him? If I thought there was a camera in my bathroom, I would move tf out of there.

tell your mom to take a shower at like LATE night, if she will, and see what happens. if the neighbor still does the same thing thats some MAD creep and id be calling the po-po or finding the wife one day and be telling her what's going on. thats hecka weird .... LOVE the drama though.
