Orianna's skins got a VFX update, heres a comparison of them new vs old.

The ult change is controversial but I think it looks cool anyway.

However, they should probably not remove WW Orianna's snowflake effect on her W

I am loving most of these changes, although… her victorious skin’s ult looks better in the older version (granted this is just my opinion and nothing more)

Overall looks very nice, the only things I'd like to see changed are :

- Heartseeker > Make her Q get the old Heart animation back when her ball goes thru enemys.

- Winter Wonder > her W should get her Snowflakes back

- Victorious > her old Ult looked overall better, in would leave it as it was

- Pool Party > please give her Ult the fishys back :)

If these changed would be tweaked it would be amazing

I am definitely in favor of them redoing Winter Wonder's W, and Victorious+Pool Party reverted to the old one. It kinda loses effect on these ones.

I didn't like the ult, at the pool party it lost all the fun (fish everywhere) and the "W" from magic winter too. But it was a good job!

honestly not a fan with how they removed the different w designs from most of her skins in favour of the cogs

The old ultimate in pool party and Bee skin look more "updated" than the real update, the W in the winter and darkstar skins need more details.

As Ori main, im pretty glad of the changes overall, maybe except the change in winter's W and heartseeker's change of color from pink to red :c. But i love dark star and bladecraft changes

They're slowly getting rid of the blood splats from auto attacks on the old champ. I think Sivir also has one with her autos

Not sure how I feel about the ult. Looks a lot less like a "shockwave" now.
Really sad they removed the special effects on some skins' abilities and just made them re-colorized classic abilities, such as Winter Wonder's snowflake on W and Victorious' cool galaxy/sparkles effect on Ult.
They also seem to have removed most of the noticeable detail from Pool Party's watery after-effect on Ult and Orbeeanna's honey splash on Ult. At least they added to Pool Party's W detail I guess.

I get that they're bringing her effects more generally in-line with hextech, but I do like how the older version stands out more as unique to her (coloration in particular, being gray like her actual model). I also just like the old, more "gritty"(?) artstyle more, with more saturated colors and harder boundaries between the effects and the terrain.

The W's and Ults of her better skins got downgraded, some of them entirely have the thematic of the skin stripped from them

sadly they reduced the particle effects on Victorious and Pool Party ultimates

They took the planetary system out of her W in the Dark Star skin. That's like a major particle effect removal. Also, her W just looks smaller. They also removed the snowflake from winter wonder skin...

I really dislike that they took out the "circling stars falling into a black hole" effect on the dark star ult. It was such an iconic visual effect and also provided visual clarity imo.

I appreciate some love for Orianna, but she REALLY needs a rework ir at least a legendary skin for the animations...
