Make sure the new ink cartridges are installed properly.
If the lights are still flashing hold down the Stop button and the Black button at the same time for 5 seconds or more and it resets the black ink button. Then after it stops resetting hold down the Stop button and Color button at the same time for 5 seconds or more and it will reset that cartridge.
It worked on my printer. The lights stopped flashing.

The lights of my printer is always on… i cannot turn it off once it’s powered.. Tried multiple time to unplug it and plug it back but nothing worked. I’m running out of options. Like the light is yellow but it doesn’t blink. It just stays on and cannot do a single thing on the printer.. Plz don’t tell me i am the only one and can someone help
