I actually really love this dance but i dont think that it is a competition piece. This is a performance piece, it is entertaining, but it doesnt have what judges look for to win

A good dancer, a good routine doesn't require elaborate costuming or props. I feel Cathy has the props to cover flaws

Props to the choreographer for creativity, but this would’ve been better if the girl in the middle wasn’t just standing for most of the piece

I didn’t really understand the dance or the costumes it was kinda all over the place

Although this routine doesn't have as much dancing as I'd like, the effect was dramatic and effective. Actually loved it!

I've never seen this show and I'm not well-versed in lyrical or conceptual dance, but I think this piece is great because of all the material whose flow & dance also had to be correographed. The kids and the music was good, too.

There are so many ways to interpret this dance. The first thing I thought of was the skirt was the girls power and she had to pick between a bad choice(the boys in black) and a good choice (the girl in white) she chooses the good choice and is free of the stress of the power(skirt comes off) then the bad decisions get buried and forgotten (boysunder he skirt) maybe? A theory .

There is a hole in the big sheet costume, you can clearly c it at 1:20 but they still danced and it wuz a great dance!!! Great job Cathy!!! 🥰
