Habitable Zone Animation

A brief animation illustrating the concept of the habitable zone. Planets with sufficient mass to retain a life-supporting atmosphere need to have just the right orbit - too close to their star and water will evaporate, too far away and water will be frozen. In the habitable zone water exists as a liquid and so can support life.
