The series tells the story of the childhood sweethearts Cheng Yi and Ling Zi Ming and their inseparable friends Lu Xiang Lin and Yue Yu Zhi. The four boys had the most delightful time together and promised one another to stay together forever. As the time goes by, things change, and they seem to walk toward different directions….

So glad to see the first step has been taken! I remember back in the early 2000s when BLs out of Japan (genre pioneer & coined the term) only seemed to have awkward "touch & hold" kisses. It took a good 5-10 years to see much of any progress. (And admittedly, Japan still doesn't approve of PDA in general and even the male/female kisses in shows & movies were, and often still are, just lip smashing lol)

I certainly won't complain if China moves faster ;-) But I also understand if this may be a very long process. I look forward to following the journey :-D

Ik this isn't the kinda kiss Bl fans usually prefer and like, but let's consider this a start as we know the history china has with bls, maybe a little in the future, we could get to see better bl storylines and romance from China, and hope they make a special ep of 'the untamed' then TT

Beautiful scene... as is never easy to become boyfriends naturally from being childhood best friends and practically brothers.
Their first kiss moment is beautiful... considering they are in a public place, and it should be freezing. This is not a story happening in Thailand after all. We should always consider the cultural differences. Besides... is not like some BL Korean productions have done any better than this kiss scene here. Just remember "Where Your Eyes Linger" or "Light On Me" and you will know what I am talking about. ALL the people criticizing this kiss scene shouldn't be so negatively judgmental regarding this matter. They should encourage more the producers and appreciate their brave work, knowing how anti LGBT+ China has become since ADDICTION Episode 11 back in February 2016.
