I thought this was a new feature which allowed the computer to build for you small houses so you don't need to build houses from scratch. But instead it's just a pack with new items for the game.

This is such a fun and cool idea for DLC actually. I do agree that the DLC for this game is a bit pricey for how much there is, but this one is at least quality.
