Joying 11.6' Android Head Unit - Backup Camera Lines How to Enable & Adjust

The menu system for the new (as of Jan 2021) 11.6" Android Head unit Car Audio System has changed from their previous models.

This means that Joyings on-line help videos about the Reversing Bacup Camera don't help in this case. I'm sure they will be posting updated info soon but in the meantime here's how to turn the Bacup Camera lines on and adjust them.

I have to say that Joying's customer support have been very good both by keeping me well informed with the delivery and even more so with the after sales help.

I have exchanged several emails with a lady called Cindy who could not have been more helpful. There customer support has been excellent even with the time difference.

OMG thank you lol I just put the new 8g128 11.6 in my van nice upgrade from the old 2g32 10.1 I have in my truck. Looked everywhere for that darn driving lines lol so you're a life saver. I was starting to think about buying a different camera.

Hi Owen, thanks for this very helpful video. My problem is that when I switch back to neutral, or first gear - the head unit locks up, and the screen goes black, but the reversing guide/grid lines stay on screen. It stays like this for several minutes, or until I restart the car. Can I fix this in the Settings “hidden” menu. Any help much appreciated, thanks.

Adjusting the lines I find easy. Sadly, the adjustment is not saved and so the lines revert to the incorrect position (half way up screen) when next used.
For those who have been able to get good support, perhaps you can get a solution for this? I am not the only one with the problem. thx

Does anyone know what that option is "reversing track reversal" under "static trace" does this make the lines move when you turn steering wheel because I can't figure out how to get dynamic lines mine are just static still ones.

I have a problem when I view the retorcamera on the image monitor it is backwards if an obstacle is on the right I view it on the left.. is there a way to correct this problem with a setting?
