I puked in my mouth at least 5 times during this one. The absolute hypocrisy and hunger for power of these abbreviated organizations is just crazy.

The fact that the FATF suggested tracking $1K+ transactions has me dead.

You can write up a smart contract and transfer $1M worth of crypto all under $1K transactions.

It might cost more in gas fees, but I know without a doubt you could develop a protocol that would aggregate these transactions to make them cheaper.

New or forked blockchains would just get blacklisted if the FATF were successful, but remain usable to strictly swap $1k of tokens at a time.

The more I see and hear, the more convinced I am that we desperately need a form of money that the government can't track or control. Money laundering is less of a threat than governments that can track, tax, or alter financial transactions as they see fit.
