Welcome to Episode 4 of the Pathfinder Outdoor Kitchen. Our outdoor chef, Matt Mercer, will be serving up an outdoor cooking recipe submitted by Ted Agin. This recipe comes together nicely using a variety of outdoor cooking gear. BBQ Pulled Pork is a popular choice as it can be added to a variety of dishes and almost everyone enjoys a BBQ pulled pork sandwich. Why not BBQ Tacos? This particular recipe calls for just a few ingredients but it is certainly packed with a ton of BBQ flavor. Let's get to it!

Great recipe! Gonna have to try that one. Gotta serve street taco's with two tortillas though. Pick up the one and all the stuff that falls out lands in tortilla #2 which makes taco #2. 🙂 Great video!

That little up side down pot with holes drilled in it and a window cut out is amazing and simple I’ve never seen it you could make one yourself wit a pot just remove the handle cut a window drill some holes and the 4 dimples on top to keep the pan off of the surface is doable to with a big hammer and a rounded off punch

Eastern Carolina is where it's at. I grew up in Fay, NC and traveled to the mtns a lot. A few mtn courses had me fall in love with it. Right on for the street tacos ! Congrats!

I have tried every fire starter made. After all this these fire starters don't go.out or go bad after time. I know time does not affect these fire starters because I have used some that are 10 years old. One spark from the ferrol rod and done. AND I love these fire starters.
