I did some digging on this. This is Caia and her Papi. She is a 1 1/2 in this video. She is 4 now. What got her so upset was that she did not have mustard on her sandwich. She has an IG and the explanation was listed. She is a sweet child, full of life and love. My hopes and prayers go out to her and her family.
