How can I mimic Kodak’s 250D film color science in DWG, yet delivering to Rec709?

about prepping a look based on 18%grey, i don't like how the split tone color affect the skin that match when you set your final exposure on shot level like for exemple low key lighting , so i set the final exposure that i like, then with eye dropper i click on fill side of the face, and make split tone based on that for the whole sequence
it's all about either you like or not :)

If we talk about Camera viewing lut should we include the -1 stop exposure node to compensate and make the image ettr?

Is it necessary to stream video 60p? Could work better in 30p or even 24p mode. Less bandwidth needed and a better end result?
