How is this different from an Onkyo surround sound processor ES 600paro from 25 years ago? I'm guessing since it's not Dolby Pro Logic it is just a 5.1 'all channel' music output, but for what purpose. I still use my Onkyo and wonder for how long before it quits Look forward to you review of the SYN.

QUESTION: at time stamp 3:08 the SYN is displayed on a cabinet with… a S CD player? There is nothing on the Schiit page for either a CD or more likely DVD/BluRay to go with the the SYN. Do you have any information?
