This is great and appeals to the self hosted users more because of the ability to develope bespoke features. However when you roll out new features such a Smart Processes, self hosted are the last to be upgraded and are given no deadline. Having made an investment into Bitrix24 by hosting it myself, it's disappointing to be deprioritised. We also pay an annual fee for features such as CRM forms so our value is tangible. As a business owner considering becoming a partner, these are my concerns.
