How many Indians watching this remember going to store near our home getting fresh cold pressed oil in our bottles, buying pulses, grains freshly milled in cloth bags or newspapers wrapped right in front of our eyes, getting juice freshly made in front of us, especially sugarcane, going to the mill to get ubtan or cleansing powder milled, spices milled, fresh milk coming to home in large cans to our neighborhood early at crack of dawn. Some of them are available in pockets of India.

We indians should Cherish the fact that if try a little we can still get vegetables freshly picked and not traveled more than 200 miles. Good milk though difficult still possible. Something only the rich can afford in the west. Access to good wholesome food. Every country has its own perks and pitfalls. Let’s accept that.
