Explanation : The Battle of Karansebes was a war fought by the Austrian empire in 1780s. So basically, the Austrians wanted to invade Karansebes
( A town under the Ottoman Empire ). Sothey went there with an army of 100, 000. More than half of the army weren’t Austrians and didn’t even speak German. So the army marched to Karansebes and saw a bar. So they went to get some beer and alcohol and after they drank they were barely standing. While they were there at the bar one Austrian soldiers heard Turkish music by the nearby town. So he screamed "Turks! Turks!" and the drunk army started fighting each other. One side with the Austrians and the other side with the people who weren’t Austrian. And that wasn’t even the crazy part the Austrians also fought with each other and so did the other side. So the army of 100, 000 died fighting with each other. And after the war the Turks got the message that they won a war that they didn’t even participate on.

For people who don’t understand: The Battle of Karansebes in 1788 was an incident of friendly fire in which two parts of the Austrian army attacked each other in the mistaken belief that they were fighting the Ottomans. The fighting broke out when some soldiers demanded a drink from other soldiers who had alcohol.
