Oh look it's a Gerber 400 without the can opener and with a saw blade attachment. I don't think it justifies the $108 price increase.

I work for delta and me and a bunch of other mechanics bought this tool when they started selling them at out snap-on kiosk. They are absolute garbage. Most guys would refer to them as horse crank. The handles bottom out before the jaws come together so gripping something thinner than a millimeter is impossible also cutting wire. I bought it because my Leatherman wave broke and I had to send it in for warranty and the snap-on dude was like if it breaks just hand it to me and I'll give you a new one. When we all found that the damn thing wouldn't cut copper break away wire we took them back and he gave us new ones. Of course they had the same problem some guys took them to the belt sander and ground the tools down on the inside so that the pliers would work but the snap-on guy was like I can't warranty it if you blast it down on a damn sander. (Understandably so he is a good dude but has a job to do) so I called Gerber today and they said just send it in and they will see what they can do. Also the file sucks and the scissors don't cut very well unless you hold the blades together. For this I just gave the rivet a little tap with a rivet gun but I'm guessing most people don't just have a rivet gun laying around. So basically I payed around 120 bucks to get seriously throat pumped. The guy I talked to at Gerber seemed cool though and when I get my tool back in like three weeks I hope I will have a useable tool. Either way at least I will have a decent sheath for my Leatherman wave.

I've had a Leatherman for the last 15 years and it's the same thing and cost me $60.
