In Maharashtra, Muslim protesters reached Matoshree to protest against Uddhav Shiv Sena, demanding Uddhav Thackeray's stance on the Waqf Amendment Bill of the central government. Uddhav's party was also absent when this bill was introduced in Parliament. Eknath Shinde supports the Waqf Bill.
