go to services, scroll down to where you see all the xbox options and set them all to manual and it will work !!

err code drowned causes: 1: internet problems 2: server problem 3: installed minecraft on website detect 4: jailbroken minecraft (ios only at n.4)

Try going to control panel, internet options, advanced, and enabling all SSLs, TLS, oh sorry, this is a fix for the launcher
