We make traditional New Orleans Po’boys in summer here in Washington state and no one understood WHY we had gravy for roast-beef po’boys... dem here northern don’t know what they be missing!!!

I also make muffalettas in summer... dem dares some good eats!!!

I unfortunately do not care for turkey... so my cousin put a ham steak out for me for thanksgiving. Lol!!!

We lost our one good po boy place here in Chattanooga. There are a few places that do em, but its not the same
