I'm furious to think that the police disbelieved an amazingly detailed statement of an horrific ordeal, in favour of a 'decent man' over the victim; because they only saw her as a sex worker and therefore not important. How many other women died as a result of their ignorance?

The detectives investigating the disappearance and murders of exotic dancers and prostitutes were idiots!! Of course Cindy Paulson would have a distrust of law enforcement based upon her line of work. And I would leave town too if I were the only surviving witness to a serial killer!! Even if investigators didn't have enough direct evidence to arrest Hanson, they should have put a 24 hour surveillance on Hanson. Nobody is going to run around half naked and make the claims Cindy made if it didn't happen. There's just nothing to gain by doing that. Officer Baker was the only one who had any sense and a brain in his head. Cindy Paulson laid a serial killer at the feet of Anchorage LE and they were too biased with tunnel vision against women with less than stellar reputations to see it. Of course it's going to be a dancer or call girl coming forward. Those were his chosen victims. LE this dumb should be fired and replaced with people like Officer Baker.

The first one they made a movie about which was amazing!!! "The Frozen Ground" with Nicolas Cage... 10 outta 10 easy!!! I've watched that movie like 10 times so far and after seeing this I'll probably watch it again....

It always amazes me how inmates have such access to the outside. What's the point of incarceration? These people need to have all communications monitored. They forfeited their rights when they crapped on the rights of others.

Anyone notice a pattern of dismissiveness by authorities in many of these cases that allow and embolden these sick individuals to commit these atrocities? They should be held accountable, refused promotion, fired, and in some cases prosecuted as accessories.
