On an older device like this, you should make sure both batteries are fully charged. The difference between 80% on one and 30% on the other can result in a performance difference too

since Google introduced material you with Android 12 Pixel phones have become too slow and the battery drains fast, That did not happen in Android 11 or Android 10

I think you have to let the phones with a slow charger one whole day because android does optimizations art aot dalvik, if not you are running unoptimized apps for useless comparison
