Hi Yan,  thanks for providing an in-depth review about Woocommerce.  I am torn between Shopify and Woocommerce.  I am a wordpress user as I already have a site and my own hosting server.  I did try Shopify however, I find it too limited in terms of customising the theme the way I like and I am not a fan of editing their code.  I am not a technical person but I've learnt to edit some basics html/css on a wordpress theme.  Also, I am not prepared to pay Shopify's monthly fees, plus their transaction fees and their expensive themes.  I would rather use Wooccomerce as I do love customising my themes and I would also be able to use my existing hosting server.   Could you please suggest other payment gateway aside from Stripe?  I am not sure as to which payment gateway to use.  I don't want to use Paypal yet.  I just want to integrate credit card payments (visa, mcard) for now.  Also, woocommerce is partnered with Mijirah.  Have you tried Mijirih?  Thanks

GREAT REVIEW! Should have searched for this video before I spent the last 2 days looking for a shopping cart solution for a friend of mine. LOL I was looking for a t-shirt designer included in the cart software but nothing suitable that is either competitively priced, or easy to use. There is a plugin for WooCommerce for the designer but it is very limited and only shows 10 clip-art's and does not have the option to add a picture to the back of the shirt. Thanks again. How do you think it compares to Shopify? I see that it is a much cheaper option, but it does seem a lot more complicated.

Your website is not using www 301 redirect, it will be two separate websites for search engines. :) You can do it from your hosting admin panel or via an extension in Wordpress.
