Why did the ATS Reject my Application? | Tshidi Khunou

A lot of candidates always worry that they were rejected by an ATS System. That is never the case. There are currently so many ATS systems that are used by different companies and each company usually chooses an Applicant Tracking System based on their Main Enterprise R P. Systems like Workday, iRecruit, PeopleFluent and many more are being used by different companies. 99% or the companies will never use System Automated Rejection of Candidates because there is never 1 Standard Resume Format.
