What is Percutaneous Coronary Intervention? PCI

Показать описание
Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is different from the older method of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA). but despite this early success, PCI offers some definite advantages over PTCA. These include a higher rate of procedural success, reductions in the length and number of stents required and associated complications such as bleeding and damage to the lung tissue.
