I’d rather my taxes go toward a long term solution not a short term remedy to keep the cycle going. When does it stop? Jail or judge ordered community service while living in rehab. There must be consequences for bad choices not coddling those who make them.

What about epi pens? I associate with far more people allergic to bees and nuts than are "looking to score". What happened to this world? I've actually shoveled my dog's poop under my truck to keep the converter thieves at bay and had to put up cameras to keep the toothless brigade of banditos with backpacks from porch pirating or door handle checks on my block... While paying taxes to people that will write me a fine if my grass get's too high because I am working two jobs seven days a week to afford the taxes and to replace stolen property, like the lawn mower. Can't make this stuff up. If people go down that path by their choice and not an accidental exposure? I don't have the perfect answer. The only friends I've saved when the pharma epidemic started were the ones that went to the military. The others that I grew up with are either dead or dead to me sadly. Some of these "Vote Blue no matter who" people need to learn to admit when they are wrong or what the last couple of generations worked for to ensure us a better life will be cast to a meaningless failure instead of a beautiful adventure that this gift of life should be.

This is why I quit all drugs in highschool . A kid at my school was doing coke and died from it .

Bad idea, but congratulations on getting ALL taxpayers to give money to people who take illegal drugs. Accidental overdose? It's NOT accidental if you take it willingly and on purpose.

I overdosed on fentanyl..told my doc I had to get off pain meds before I died . Been clean for 10 yrs now ..time to get the addicts help and get them clean...or else.

Yeah save them do they can go score some more, they need to be sent to a rehab boot camp if they get caught with it or on it .
