Really sweet, man. Love that ASAT. Couldn't sound nicer. Curious about the pedals. I'm a fan of Fender amps...but is one of those pedals giving that break up? So nice.

If you could find one in the 1100/1200 range for a new one you'd be doing good, I'd think. I've had one like this one for 13 years, and have never regretted it. I paid less than 1000 in 1999. They seem tough to find used.

Judging from the space between the end of the fretboard and the neck pickup this appears to be a Tribute rather than a USA ASAT.

this is the Tribute series. They're in the 6-700 range new.

Did you upgrade the bridge on his guitar? I think I have the same guitar but with a 6 saddle bridge. I actually just ordered a 3 saddle Callaham bridge to replace it.

THere is no comparison between the G&L ASAT and a fender Telecaster of the same price range = the ASAT is by far the superior instrument
