I agree, I have used this app for years and I seem really hooked upto it. I am usually very focused but sometimes when I dont feel like it, I hit the forest app for some willpower and the satisfaction when you see a completely healthy forest in the end of the month is more addictive than any other virtual things

When I use forest apk, but when I close the apk(but not cleared from recent apps) still I can open other apps and forest just runs in the background!! What's the point of this app is then? How should make it so that I can't open any other apk?
