As someone who weighs 95 kg, that weight cap is pretty useful IF it is the only thing I can stand on when there are no stools nearby of a particular height.

I bought a standing desk recently and have to agree with getting the assembled option. It wasn't impossible to do it by myself but I underestimated how heavy everything was. Definitely easier if you have a friend with you! Also note that if you get extras (ex. cable tray underneath) you may need to drill your own holes for the screws.

Last note, if you have the option to get wheels, 100% get them. The table with the motors are HEAVY AF.

If you can afford it and if you spend a lot of time in front of a computer a standing desk is worth it.
