In the movie, Scarface, during the Cadillac scene at the car dealership, Al Pacino slyly dons Michelle Pfeiffer's hat without following the script, catching her off guard as she glances away. When Pfeiffer gazes back and spots Pacino wearing the hat, her genuine amusement shines through. Admirably, she remains in character and spontaneously adds a line. Recognizing the significance, director Brian De Palma opted to include this unscripted interaction in the film to depict Elvira's gradual fondness for Montana.
