I LOVE those knives! I have the roundhead because the price was right on the secondary market. I'm more attracted to that clip though. I'm pretty sure everyone is. In any case, I've been using mine more than usual lately and somehow, it never really makes me feel like I don't have enough knife to get a job barring heavy jobs, of course. Because it's tooled, you can adjust that centering a bit too, unlike the pinned style, true traditionals. I really want a clip like yours, but I think I'm gonna stick with what I have. Ya and all.

I have bought several knives from collector knives and every-time it was a great experience. They also have the reserve system on some very hard to get knives.

I love these as well, and I'm right with you too. Going with modern materials, on classic designs. That's the only way I roll, for the most part these days. On slip-joint knives. And the bolstered Barlow, is about as good as it gets.

I bought the Roundhead Spear Jack early on, with Walnut scales (CK0111), and the leather slip.

These are just beautiful european barlows. I have the Clip Shuffler version in bocote wood, and the Dom (Sheepsfoot, not Wharncliff btw) in sambar stag. Great collectible classics.

Just had to order one. I have a couple of traditional slip joints, case, gec, but this looks beautiful. Thanks Baz for making me spend more money!😉
Edit: Got mine today. Video doesn't even do it justice. Thanks Baz for bringing it to my attention. Only problem is I can't stop fidgeting with it!
