For anyone who scrolls to find this comment, I actually use a different frank build which I personally think works better. Power Grab star power, Active Noise Cancelling gadget, +1 and dmg gear. The entire point of the Frank rework means that you do a TON more attacks when you're low health. Dmg gear combos well with it. Now, I know what you're thinking, why not use the Irresistable Attraction gadget? And my reason: Frank is a tank, and he needs to be able to take hits in order to get into a better position, or just ignore a crucial stun. The headphones last for a whopping 1.5 seconds, in which you cannot be stunned, slowed, frozen, knocked back, dragged, and even Otis' mute and i'm pretty sure that Willow's hex doesn't work. Especially in this meta where you can run into a Frank every other game, if you can get off the headphones, (it can activate even while stunned!) then you can jumpscare a Frank, and do upwards of 9k dmg with three shots and dmg gear (or power grab.) +1 gadget only increases the effectiveness. Power grab is exchangable with sponge, but it's just the better sp. So that's the build I use, but then again, the one Lapsa showcases is also very viable! It really depends on what you're comfortable with and how you play the game. There is no wrong way. Enjoy Life! Edit: I stopped right in the middle of the vid cause I wanted to type this out before I forgot, but I just saw that Lapsa is using the Noise Cancelling gadget. I'm telling you, it's good. 🤷‍♂
