No means you set boundaries at work and you have realistic expectations of what you can and cannot handle.
As providers, we can’t change our coworkers, so we have to start approaching the workplace with an empowered mindset. Let’s focus on what we can improve within ourselves to teach colleagues how to treat us and prevent being overworked without compensation.
