That is when you notice that it’s no longer just about you and what you want. Your partner or spouse will affect what movies you watch together, how you spend your weekends, and what coffee you buy. Instead of buying your favorite blond roast, you might need to brew a batch of medium roast every other day. Another compromise would be to mix both roasts and make your own house blend. In any case this is just a minor decision with little impact.
