Hi! I'm new to GitHub but I wanted to ask a question since I noticed something. GitHub is Microsoft property right? How come I saw many projects that are made for "hacking purpose"? (and by hacking I don't mean ethical hacking)
eg. IG password cracker and so on

And another question, is there a way that assure other Devs that programs are virus free? How can a noob developer avoid to fall into traps like Trojans or malware ?
