There are Freight Shipping Safety requirements, therefore Wurkkos will Ship Batteries in these flashlights to comply with regulations + Giving the Customer a free lower end Flashlights together with their batteries for free! - Thanks Wurkkos!

Although the 2 X 18350 Batteries are loaded in the light, it will double the normal operating Voltage from 3.7 to 7.4 and fry the LED bulb (what I experienced).

Operating instructions for flashlight:
Full click=ON, Half click will cycle High, Medium, Low, Strobe & S.O.S, Full click again=OFF.

Wurkkos always ship batteries in these cheap flashlights as it's a requirement for air freight. Mine have always operated Full click=ON, Half click will cycle High, Medium, Low, Strobe & S.O.S, Full click again=OFF. I hand these out to Family and friends who don't care much about flashlights lol! They do operate on 3.7V lithiums, but you are wrong when you say it will work with 2X 18350 batteries as you've then doubled the voltage and will blow up the torch and maybe yourself as well!. 👍
