I have OEM Rear Splats/Mud Flaps for my 2015 Q60S 6 spd (last Gen G37 Coupe) and they didn’t fit flush either. I did have to drill into the bumper too and I put heavy duty 3M for flush fitment. Had been rockin it for about 2 months and it hasn’t moved a muscle. Def makes the rear end pop🔥
