Taken from 'The Nearer The Fountain, More Pure The Stream Flows`, the new studio album will be released by new label home Transgressive Records on 12th November 2021.

Originally intended as an orchestral piece inspired by the landscapes of Iceland, this last year has seen a return to the music in lockdown and develop the work to 11 tracks. Further exploring themes of fragility, loss, emergence and rebirth.

I was a teen in the 90s when I first heard and got into Blur and their music. I was enamored with Damon and Graham from the start, and have followed Damon ever since. I absolutely love the fact that he experiments with different sounds/genres, pays homage to those that have inspired him, and always manages to stay fresh and relevant for both fans old and new. A true artist!! This song stirs such feeling in me. It's hauntingly beautiful; just the slightest bit melancholy tinged with the hopes of a better tomorrow. Please keep making music that inspires and makes us THINK Damon!! 💜
